Hi, I'm Robert Laughlin, and this is my blog. After learning the piano in my early twenties, I played professionally in my late twenties. Then traded the bar rooms for class rooms. Want to learn to play piano? Give me three and a half hours with you, and you're there.
Yes, I will join you in playing more piano in 2006. Your podcast are very important to my level of piano learning. Thank you for your commentment.

Hey All,
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm a bit of a newbie to this, but here goes.
I've recently discovered that you could make lots of popular songs sound very nice by simply using some of the fancy voicings of a ii v i chord progression.
I'm wondering if someone has examples of nice voicings using that progression? Maybee someone even has examples of applying those voicings to pop songs?
New to this blog thing looks like fun
ReplyDeleteI found your tapes very helpful in learning cords. Could you make a tape of flated 7Th and maj 7th ?? The tapes were a great tool for memorizing. Joan
